Can I use my own caterer?Currently, the Agricultural Society requires the first right of refusal for all catering for events hosted at our facility.

How many people the Cultural Center accomodate?The main hall can hold up to 400 people, seated with rectangular tables. The meeting room can hold up to 50 people, seated with rectangular tables.

How much do I have to clean after my rental?We ask that you clean as much as possible before the end of your rental agreement. This would include taking all empty cans with you, and sweeping the floor.

What kind of insurance do I need?For all rentals, you will require a certificate of insurance showing that you carry a minimum of $2 million liability coverage for the date of your rental.

For my wedding, can I come in a day early to decorate?Yes, all wedding rentals start the day prior at noon, and conclude the day after at 9am.

Can I serve liquor during my rental?Yes you can, however you will require a liquor license issued by AGLC for the date of the rental. You also require liability insurance for a minimum of $2 million.
